As noted, Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer that WWE was back "out of the picture" in regards to buying TNA. According to a report from Anthony DiMoro at Forbes, WWE is still involved in negotiations and believes that they "are in a confident buyer's stance." It noted that WWE was comfortable letting the situation play out because they know the pressure that TNA is under.

"I am told that WWE believes that a deal may come down to the final minutes and they are comfortable closing a deal in that scenario," DiMoro wrote. "They also are comfortable letting TNA move forward with their PPV this weekend and TV tapings next week, if they can somehow find the funding."

Meltzer noted that a deal pretty much has to be made by this Friday, otherwise there will be no Bound For Glory pay-per-view on Sunday and television tapings next week, which would put TNA in breach of their television and pay-per-view contracts. That doesn't "guarantee death," but television partners could use it to cancel the show.

Et quand il parle de "où je serais lundi" c'est aussi que l'avenir de la TNA (faillite et fermeture) peut se jouer dimanche soir.


Matt et Jeff ne sont pas super chaud pour un retour à la WWE car ils n'auraient aucun pouvoir créatif alors qu'à la TNA ils ont carte blanche (et ça se voit )

Quant au rachat de la TNA par la WWE, c'est dans l'air. La TNA vivote et ne s'en sort plus financièrement parlant.

Si la WWE rachète la TNA c'est surtout (et seulement) pour récupérer les droit sur toutes les vidéos TNA (show, DVD) et récupérer 3-4 lutteurs.
Mais ils ne vont surement pas éponger les dettes et relancer en tant que show
