un petit email que mon proprio a recu de la part du fournisseur internet pour un telechargement d'un torrent de Dexter.

Assez interessant de voir que ca vient initialement d'une plainte de CBS , base donc aux usa, adresse au fournisseur internet au Australie. Je suis sceptique sur la legalite de la demarche et notamment cette partie la:

Since you own this IP address (xxxxxxx), we request that you immediately do the following:

1) Remove or disable access to the individual who has engaged in the conduct described above; and

2) Take appropriate action against the account holder under your Abuse Policy/Terms of Service Agreement.

En tout etat de cause, le fournisseur prend quand meme des gants ("does not condone" qui signifie en gros "n'approuve pas tacitement"). Bref en gros arretez s'il vous plait c'est pas bien mais on veut quand meme pas vous perdre comme client.

fourcroy, quand ça m'arrive, je me fixe un programme de journée sans pause entre les activités, mais je ne me couche surtout pas. Si ton rythme redescend, tu t'affales comme une merde et tu te réveilles dans la soirée, donc problème pour se ré-endormir, ce qui rend ta journée de demain foutue.
